Yeah, I'm Alex and I'm new on here. By the way I'm a girl (its not obvious from my name lol) and I figured I should sign up on here to find people who are into the same stuff as I am, and to find new bands

I'm Dave, 23 and hail from Bristol. Into Metal and Rock of various guises, favourite bands are Metallica, Lamb of God, Bullet, FFAF, Coheed & Cambria, Pendulum to name but a few.

Not usually much of a forum user but this seems like a good place to start!

I enjoy the finer things in life! getting hammered and ramming horrible kebabs down my throat! enjoy my Mathcore and that sort of thing!

Realised it was about time I started talking to more people about music so I thought I should join the online community

I was brought up on classic rock but also like a dash of metal so I might poke around a few areas here to see if I can find recs for interesting bands.

Good stuff.....  Favourite bands include, Gorod, Black Sun Aeon, Celeste, God Is An Astronaut, Ion Dissonance, Converge, Bestial Necrophilia, Decrepit Birth, etc...
I'm getting into a lot of Bring Me The Horizon, Asking Alexandria, Chelsea Grin, etc, recently though, but Metal will always still be my main.
What's the rest of peoples music tastes like here ?

Most have a really good variety. Nizz in particular.
Some of us listen to Jazz and blues. Anything and everything really.
Others like Crying Orc are into the more hardcore genre's and even rap.
Or whatever they want to call it. lol

You'll figure it all out soon enough. There aren't many posters as the forums have been quiet as of late but hopefully that will change again. But it won't take you long to get to know everyone here.
